The Laurel Leaf Willow is a hardy, fast-growing tree valued for its strength, adaptability, and attractive foliage. Well-suited to shelterbelts, windbreaks, and moist areas, this reliable prairie favorite thrives in a variety of soil types and stands up well to northern climates and strong winds.

In spring, the Laurel Leaf Willow leafs out early with glossy, deep green leaves that resemble laurel foliage, giving it a lush and elegant appearance. Through summer, its dense canopy provides excellent shade and shelter. The tree’s smooth gray bark and upright, rounded form make it both practical and ornamental. In fall, the leaves turn yellow before dropping, adding a gentle touch of color to the late-season landscape.
